Job Title: TGT English Teacher

Location: Samastipur, Bihar

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Accommodation, Food & Transport: Provided by the institution

Qualification Required:

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) – Compulsory

Gender: Both male and female candidates can apply

Role Type: Full-time | Residential (Accommodation provided)

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English language and literature to middle and secondary school students as per the prescribed curriculum.

Develop lesson plans and creative teaching methods to enhance students’ communication and comprehension skills.

Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and track students’ academic progress.

Foster a positive classroom environment and maintain discipline.

Participate in school activities, events, and professional development programs.

Collaborate with colleagues to improve the overall academic environment of the school.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

Classroom management and student engagement skills.

Passionate about teaching and guiding students to excel academically.
