Job Description: TGT English Teacher

Location: Samashti International School
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in reputed schools

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum for middle school grades.
• Teach grammar, literature, reading comprehension, writing skills, and spoken English effectively.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and creative learning activities to enhance student engagement.
• Assess students’ progress through classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and support them in improving language skills.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Guide students in developing communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Prepare students for competitions, activities, and school events related to English language and literature.
• Maintain updated records of student performance and participate in parent–teacher meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in training programs, workshops, and school activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduation/Post-Graduation in English (BA/MA in English).
• B.Ed is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience as TGT English.
• Strong command of English grammar, literature, and communication skills.
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
