Location: Samastipur, Bihar

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Qualification: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching and Classroom Management
• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English lessons for middle and secondary school students.
• Ensure lessons are engaging, student-centered, and aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Curriculum and Lesson Planning
• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and teaching aids as per school guidelines.
• Incorporate grammar, literature, writing, and communication skills in daily teaching.
• Integrate modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools when appropriate.
• Student Development and Support
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide extra academic support to students who need additional help.
• Encourage students to participate in debates, writing competitions, and other English-related activities.
• Assessment and Reporting
• Prepare and evaluate question papers, answer scripts, and progress reports.
• Maintain accurate student records and share feedback with parents when required.
• Assist in school examinations and academic events.
• School Participation
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Support the school’s co-curricular and extracurricular programs.
• Uphold school values and maintain professional ethics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
