A TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) Hindi is responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to students typically in grades 6 to 10, following the prescribed curriculum of educational boards like CBSE. The role involves preparing engaging lesson plans, delivering classroom instruction, and assessing student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations. A TGT Hindi teacher fosters language development in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension, while also encouraging appreciation for Hindi literature and culture. Beyond academics, the teacher may guide students in extracurricular activities such as debates, poetry recitations, and cultural programs. The position requires a graduate or postgraduate degree in Hindi or Sanskrit along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and often demands fluency in both Hindi and English. Strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a passion for teaching are essential. Experience in a CBSE-affiliated or residential school setting is often preferred, and candidates may be evaluated through written tests, demo classes, and interviews.
