Job Description:Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced TGT Hindi Teacher to join our esteemed institution. The candidate should be passionate about teaching Hindi and able to create an engaging, learning-friendly environment in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver effective lesson plans in line with the curriculum standards.
• Teach Hindi language and literature to students from middle to secondary levels.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and oral assessments.
• Maintain and update student records and progress reports.
• Encourage student participation in debates, cultural activities, and literary events.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's progress.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and training sessions.
• Integrate modern teaching techniques and tools to improve learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about teaching with the ability to motivate students.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and methods.
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
