Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in History and Geography to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in these subjects and a passion for teaching young minds. The TGT History and Geography Faculty will play a key role in providing quality education and fostering an environment of learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Subject Instruction:Develop and deliver well-structured and engaging lessons in History and Geography for middle school students.
Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
Assess student progress through regular tests and assignments.

Curriculum Development:Contribute to the development and improvement of the History and Geography curriculum.
Integrate innovative teaching materials, technology, and real-world examples into lessons.

Classroom Management:Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect among students.
Manage classroom discipline effectively while promoting a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Student Support:Provide additional support to students who may be struggling with the subject matter.
Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress, concerns, and areas for improvement.

Co-Curricular Activities:Participate in and support extracurricular and co-curricular activities related to History and Geography.
Encourage students' participation in relevant academic competitions and events.

Professional Development:Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and advancements in History and Geography.
Attend professional development workshops or training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject (e.g., B.Ed., BA in History or Geography).
• TGT certification is preferred.
• Previous teaching experience at the middle school level is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of History and Geography subjects and the ability to make them interesting and relatable to students.
• Effective classroom management and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to students' holistic development.
