Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT Maths teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics instruction to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic growth of each student. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to mentoring, and the ability to engage students in their learning journey.

Duties

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
• Teach mathematics concepts effectively, ensuring clarity and understanding among students.
• Utilise behaviour management techniques to maintain an orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Provide one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to support students who may require additional assistance.
• Assess student progress through regular testing and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
• Engage in scientific research related to educational methodologies in mathematics education.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and practices.

Requirements

• A degree in Mathematics or a related field; additional qualifications in Biochemistry or Laboratory experience are advantageous.
• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring mathematics at the relevant educational level.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Experience in behaviour management strategies within an educational setting.
• Familiarity with special education needs and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
