Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic TGT Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate should have strong mathematical knowledge, effective teaching methodologies, and a passion for nurturing young learners.

Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to middle and secondary school students.
• Develop lesson plans, practice worksheets, and interactive teaching aids.
• Assess and evaluate students’ performance through class tests, assignments, and exams.
• Encourage problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking.
• Use digital tools, smart classes, and innovative methods for effective learning.
• Manage the classroom environment with discipline and positive reinforcement.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students preparing for board exams and competitions.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training workshops, and school events.

Requirements

• B.Ed. (mandatory) with strong subject expertise in Mathematics.
• 2–5 years of proven teaching experience as a TGT/Math Teacher.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum (as applicable).
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
