Job Title: TGT Mathematics Teacher
Location: Sector 102, Near Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram - 122505
Salary-upto-30k
Qualifications -
Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics as a subject.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Experience: 2–4 years of teaching experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured Mathematics lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate students’ progress through tests, classwork, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage problem-solving, logical thinking, and real-world application of mathematical concepts.
• Maintain an interactive classroom environment that promotes student participation.
• Support slow learners and enrich advanced learners through differentiated instruction.
• Integrate technology and visual aids to make mathematical concepts easier to grasp.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and decorum in the classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure students’ academic and behavioral development.

Skills:

• Strong command over Mathematics concepts.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate students and use creative teaching strategies.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools (smart boards, online platforms, etc.).
