Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Mathematics

Samastipur, Bihar

Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required:

2–5 years in teaching Mathematics at the secondary level (Classes 8–10)

Qualifications:

• Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (B.Sc)
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
• Desirable:
• CTET or Bihar TET qualification
• Proficiency in English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics for Classes 8 to 10, adhering to the CBSE curriculum.
• Assessment & Evaluation:
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate records of student performance.
• Classroom Management:
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and discipline.
• Parent-Teacher Interaction:
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in school meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong command over mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
