General Description of Profile-

Purpose of Function :-

1. Planning course material and activities

2. Conducting Online class

3. Assessing the students ‘progress

4. Encouraging good attendance and participation

5. Building trusting relationships with students and partner schools

Activity list and Key Responsibilities :-

• Responsible for teaching subjects in the allotted classes through online platform as per allotted timetable.
• Encourage the development of critical thinking skills
• Prepare instructional aids and additional teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and student needs
• Responsible for conducting assessment, marking attendance and evaluating students
• Keep stakeholders informed of schools/students& academic progress
• Responsible for developing concept video
• Responsible for understanding the teaching pedagogy of Vidya Sahyog and implementing the same for the classes allocated.
• Responsible for ensuring that all documentation (online/offline or computerized) related to the
• Teaching process for respective subjects/classes are developed and maintained with the highest
• Standards of quality. This includes lesson plans, student academic evaluation, students’ details
• Responsible for reporting with full transparency the academic progress for the
• Subjects/classes/students to mentor
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Educational Qualification :-

• Personal qualities required
• Preferred Educational Qualifications: B.Ed. OR Bachelor with a specialization in Maths.
• Prior experience as Maths teacher, preferably within a similar environment.
• Must be an excellent communicator.
• Good in online teaching technology and have good computer/MS office tools knowledge to match the new teaching methodology.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Team Player
• High level of commitment to service , working for upliftment of under privileged community
• Good interpersonal skills.
