Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality Physics education aligned with the CBSE curriculum, create a positive learning environment, and inspire students to achieve academic excellence while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)Teaching & Lesson Delivery

• Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons as per CBSE standards.
• Use effective teaching methods to make Physics concepts easy to understand.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids for Grades 6–10.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports.

Curriculum Implementation

• Implement the prescribed CBSE Physics curriculum effectively.
• Ensure syllabus completion within the academic timeline.

Differentiated Instruction

• Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
• Support slow learners, average learners, and advanced students accordingly.

Student Support

• Provide one-on-one academic support to students who need additional help.
• Conduct extra classes or doubt-clearing sessions when required.
• Support Physics-related activities, clubs, or tutoring programs to enhance interest in the subject.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Student academic performance and improvement in Physics results.
• Quality of lesson delivery and classroom engagement.
• Timely syllabus completion and assessment submissions.
• Student participation and conceptual understanding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Physics with B.Ed (preferred).
• 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience in CBSE schools.
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
• Willingness to stay on campus and join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
