Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and passionate TGT Physics Teacher to join our school in Samastipur, Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics to middle and secondary classes, preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physics to students of assigned classes (up to 10th grade).
• Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum requirements.
• Use innovative teaching methods to make Physics engaging and practical.
• Assess, record, and report on student progress and performance.
• Conduct lab activities, experiments, and demonstrations to enhance understanding.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage curiosity among students.
• Coordinate with parents and school administration on student development.
• Support in organizing academic competitions, science fairs, and co-curricular activities.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong subject knowledge in Physics.
• Effective classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to use digital tools and teaching aids.
• Patience, dedication, and passion for teaching.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of teaching experience at middle/secondary level.
• Male candidate preferred as per institutional requirements.
