Job Description: TGT Physics Teacher (Male)

Location: Samastipur, Bihar
Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Physics
Qualification: B.Ed with Graduation/Post Graduation in Physics
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Gender Preference: Male

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics to middle and secondary school students as per CBSE/State Board curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical demonstrations to simplify concepts.
• Conduct classroom activities, experiments, and laboratory sessions effectively.
• Encourage student participation through interactive teaching methods and problem-solving.
• Assess, evaluate, and monitor students’ progress through tests and assignments.
• Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and Olympiads where applicable.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Guide students in science projects, exhibitions, and extracurricular academic activities.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in staff meetings, training, and workshops.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of lab equipment and resources.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong subject knowledge in Physics (conceptual + practical).
• Effective classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to design engaging lesson plans and lab experiments.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and smart classroom technology.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and passion for teaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
