Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate TGT Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students in interactive learning.

Responsibilities

• Teach Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) to middle and secondary school students.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities in alignment with the curriculum.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
• Maintain discipline and classroom management in line with school policies.
• Use innovative teaching methods, including digital tools, to enhance student learning.
• Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Guide students in science-related competitions, projects, and exhibitions.

Requirements

• B.Ed. (mandatory) with specialization in Science.
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience as a TGT/Science Teacher.
• Strong command over subject knowledge (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use modern teaching methodologies and technology.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
