General Description of Profile-

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with CBSE/NCERT syllabus
• Teach integrated science concepts (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Environmental Studies) for 6th-8th class students.
• Prepare yearly lesson plans, unit plans, worksheets, and assessments as per CBSE norms
• Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations following safety protocols
• Use activity-based, inquiry-based, and experiential teaching methods
• Integrate ICT tools and digital resources in classroom teaching
• Assess and evaluate student performance using formative and summative assessments
• Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and student portfolios
• Support students in projects, assignments, and internal assessments
• Participate in CBSE trainings, school meetings, examinations, and co-curricular activities
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms)
• Sound knowledge of CBSE and NCERT curriculum

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply
