TGT Social Science

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated TGT Social Science teacher to teach Classes VI to X. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in History, Geography, Civics, and Economics, while fostering critical thinking and awareness of social issues among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Social Science subjects (History, Geography, Civics, Economics) to Classes VI to X.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
• Use maps, charts, activities, and discussions to make learning interactive.
• Conduct assessments, assignments, and projects to evaluate student progress.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities.
• Provide academic guidance and remedial support to students.

Educational Qualification:

• Post Graduattion/ Graduation in Social Science.
• B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).
• CTET / State TET qualified candidates preferred.

Skills Required:

• Strong subject knowledge across Social Science disciplines.
• Effective communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to integrate technology and teaching aids.
• Passion for teaching and student development.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an Affiliated School.

Salary: Rs. 45,000/- + EPF + Gratuity.
