Job Description – TGT Special Educator

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify, assess, and support students with special needs such as learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and other developmental challenges.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on students’ needs.
• Adapt curriculum, teaching methods, and learning materials to suit diverse learners.
• Provide one-on-one or small group remedial instruction.
• Collaborate with subject teachers to support inclusive classroom practices.
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed academic and behavioral records.
• Conduct assessments, screenings, and progress evaluations.
• Counsel students to improve academic performance, behavior, and social skills.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and strategies.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development workshops.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and inclusive education guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
