Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about crafting unique cocktails, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and complementing authentic Thai cuisine with innovative beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and execute a cocktail menu that complements Thai flavors and ingredients
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and precision
• Develop seasonal and specialty drinks using fresh herbs, spices, and tropical elements
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests professionally
• Train and support bar staff as needed

Qualifications :

• Proven more than 3 years of experience as a Thai Specialty Mixologist
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Experience with Asian or Thai-inspired ingredients is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol

Preferred Skills :

• Creativity in flavor pairing and presentation
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and beverage pairings with Thai cuisine
• Attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation
