Who You Are

As a Server, you are responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience filled with hospitality, exceptional service, and delicious food and beverages. You are the backbone of the Service team, accountable for the sale and service of food and drinks while acting as a leader on the floor and providing guests with attentive, warm hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items, with a strong understanding of ingredients and preparations.
• Follow proper steps of service consistently, maintaining efficiency, grace, and a sense of urgency.
• Anticipate guest needs, communicating effectively with colleagues, management, and the kitchen throughout service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all areas of the restaurant before, during, and after service.
• Show a passion for service and hospitality while demonstrating eagerness to learn and grow.

What We Need From You

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest-facing restaurant role.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple plates, glass racks, and glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
