Job Summary:

Join our compassionate and collaborative team as a Therapist or Provisional Therapist, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth and families throughout the community. In this role, you will work alongside experienced clinicians, receive valuable supervision, utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, support individuals experiencing mental health or substance use challenges, and grow professionally within a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving lives.

As a Therapist or Provisional Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups within your assigned geographic region and scope of practice. Working under the supervision of a licensed therapist or psychologist when provisionally licensed, you will assess client needs, establish diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. This position involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clinical documentation, and supporting clients in developing healthier coping strategies, improving relationships, and achieving long-term wellness goals.

• Licensure Supervision - complimentary for LMSW's, PLPC's, PLMFT's
