Big Stone Therapies is currently seekinga Physical Therapist (PT) for 13-week traveling contract at their clinic in Montevideo, MN. Onboarding will take 30 days. Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Home Health
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT-MN(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Physical Therapist, Outpatient
AND
Physical Therapist, Acute
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
