Cutting Edge Pediatric and Adult Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Therapy Technician.

This role follows a consistent weekly schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide assistance to therapists and clients during therapy sessions across disciplines (OT, PT, ST, ABA).

· Assist clients with mobility or behavioral needs during sessions and transitions.

· Prepare, organize, and maintain materials for therapy sessions.

· Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of therapy spaces and equipment.

· Help ensure smooth daily clinic operations through restocking and general upkeep.

· Support vocational training activities through management of the on-site coffee shop, including assisting clients, handling transactions, and maintaining inventory.

· Communicate effectively with therapists and team members to support coordinated care.

· Maintain an organized and tidy workspace.

· Promote a positive and professional clinic environment for clients and families.

· Follow all clinic policies and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.

· Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Qualification and Skill Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Preferred: Experience in healthcare, childcare, or customer-facing roles (volunteer or paid).

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

· Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism when working with clients.

· Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Interest in pursuing a career in therapy or a related healthcare field is a plus.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout the clinic for extended periods.

· Ability to assist clients with mobility and participate in active therapy sessions.

· Ability to work at a computer station for prolonged periods.

· May be required to lift up to a minimum of 25 pounds.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
