  • Perform quality control during system integration and support onsite commissioning, testing, and validation.
  • Travel to project sites as needed to support reviews, audits, startups, and field coordination.
  • Engage directly with customers to develop optimized, creative engineering solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a thermal focus (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
  • PE license preferred but not required.
  • Experience with HVAC and thermal systems in industrial, modular, or mission‑critical environments.
  • Working knowledge of building codes related to modular or transportable structures.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (Autodesk suite).
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and equipment specifications.
  • Experience producing detailed engineering documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a creative, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
