Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role requires a strong understanding of early childhood education principles, particularly in preschool settings, and the ability to implement engaging learning activities that promote childhood development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
• Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including math and literacy skills.
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among students.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development at home.
• Provide early intervention strategies for children who may require additional support in their learning journey.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with families regarding their child’s development.

Qualifications

• CDA or FCCPC in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a positive learning environment.
• Commitment to child welfare and the promotion of healthy development in young learners.
• Passion for educating young children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
