What We’re Looking For:

• Education: A background in Graphic Design or related fields (Bachelor's degree preferred)

• Creative Insight: Deep understanding of colors, design trends, and visual storytelling

• Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

• Attention to Detail: Ability to enhance old images and adapt them for new formats

• Trendy and Bold: Ability to create thumbnails that are visually striking, attention-grabbing, and optimized for digital platforms

• Efficient and Timely: Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and maintain a consistent design style

Your Role Will Include:

• Designing eye-catching thumbnails that grab attention and increase click-through rates across platforms

• Collaborating with content and marketing teams to create designs that match the content’s tone and message

• Enhancing and editing images, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards

• Staying up to date with the latest design trends, especially for social media platforms

• Experimenting with different colors, typography, and layouts to find the best-performing designs

• Ensuring all thumbnails are optimized for mobile and desktop viewing
