Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative Thumbnail Designer to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will design eye-catching, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails that capture attention and drive viewers to click.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality thumbnails for YouTube videos on a daily/weekly basis.
• Work closely with the video editing and content team to match thumbnails with the video theme.
• Create visually striking designs optimized for mobile and desktop.
• Ensure fast delivery and meet deadlines.
• Keep up with the latest YouTube trends and design styles.

Requirements:

• Onsite availability (no remote work).
• Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Strong creativity, color sense, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with YouTube content and audience engagement.
