The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer service while managing financial goals through budgeting, cost control, and forecasting. The role requires maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and employees, enforcing food safety standards, and ensuring operational efficiency. The manager leads all restaurant staff by providing direction, resolving customer concerns, handling large party reservations, monitoring service quality, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies and procedures, especially those set by Laguna Development Corporation (LDC).

Key responsibilities also include supervising staff performance, managing profit and loss statements, implementing cost-cutting strategies, maintaining operational logs, and preparing reports. The manager plays a leadership role in fostering teamwork, morale, and communication among employees, while also participating in professional development programs such as LDC’s Management Capacity Program and Leadership Series. This position requires at least five years of relevant experience or equivalent education, basic computer proficiency, and the physical and mental capacity to perform duties in a high-pressure restaurant setting. Certifications in alcohol service and food safety are required within the initial months of employment.
