Job Title: Ticket Operations and Sponsorship Activation Representative
Department: Florida Operations
Location: Sarasota, Florida
Reports To: Senior Manager, Ticket and Sales Operations
Position Type: Part-time, Hourly

Position Overview:
The Ticketing & Sponsorship Activation Representative will assist with the daily operations of ticket sales, box office services, and sponsor fulfillment during Spring Training. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in sports business, customer service, and event operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a first-class fan experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
Ticketing Operations:
  • Assist in the setup and operation of the box office and ticketing system.
  • Process single-game, group, and season ticket orders both in-person and over the phone.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve ticket-related inquiries.
  • Support will-call operations, game-day ticket scanning, and fan entry procedures.
  • Help with ticket distribution and data entry.
Sponsorship Activation:
  • Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of sponsor activations, promotions, and in-game elements.
  • Ensure all sponsorship assets (signage, digital content, PA reads, giveaways, etc.) are properly executed and documented.
  • Coordinate with Orioles staff to fulfill contractual obligations for partners.
  • Track proof of performance and compile post-season recap materials for sponsors.
Game-Day & Event Support:
  • Assist with fan engagement activities, promotional giveaways, and special events.
  • Support group outings and hospitality areas as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment that enhances the fan experience.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing platforms (Tickets.com ProVenue) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season.
