Job Summary / 职位概述

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be familiar with major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, and other airline reservation platforms.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• 负责机票预订、出票、改签、退票及退款等操作。
• Operate GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar platforms.

熟练操作 Amadeus、Sabre 等订座系统。

• Provide accurate fare quotations and travel advice to clients.

为客户提供准确报价及专业出行建议。处理公司客户及个人客户的出行订单。与航空公司沟通航班变更及特殊需求。做好订单记录及相关文件管理。高效、专业地解决机票相关问题。Requirements / 任职要求

• Manage corporate and individual travel bookings.
• Coordinate with airlines regarding schedule changes and special requests.
• Maintain proper booking records and documentation.
• Resolve ticketing issues efficiently and professionally.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.
• 2–3年以上航空票务或旅行社操作经验。
• Proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre, or other GDS systems (mandatory).

必须熟练掌握 Amadeus、Sabre 或其他 GDS 系统。

• Good knowledge of international and domestic fare rules.

熟悉国际及国内机票运价规则。具备良好的英文沟通能力，会中文者优先。能承受工作压力，具备多订单同时处理能力。有阿联酋本地工作经验者优先。Preferred Qualifications / 优先条件

• Good communication skills in English; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Currently based in UAE is preferred.

• IATA certification is an advantage.
• 持有 IATA 相关证书者优先。
• Experience handling corporate travel accounts is preferred.
