Tier 1 IT Customer Support

Job Purpose

The IT Customer Support will assist in the implementation of Eagle Distributing technology infrastructure. The position will assist in all aspects of the technology infrastructure including network, storage, server, operating systems, and applications. Additionally, IT Customer Support may assist in security incidents, security threats, and disaster recovery operations. Must be able to climb and work from 12 to 15 ft ladders, lift weight of 20 LBS over their head, walk warehouse concrete floors and have excellent verbal and written communication. The IT Customer Support position will occasionally require some after-hours and or weekend work.

Areas of Responsibility:

IT Customer Support will support operations in the following areas:

• Information System operations
• Level I support calls
• Access Control and Authentication
• Create support tickets

Duties:

IT Customer Support may assist in maintaining, and aim to improve the following existing technology infrastructure elements:

• ShoreTel/Mitel VoIP
• Camera systems
• Cisco Meraki
• VMware
• End-Point Security
• iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile
• Installing Windows 10, Office 365, ConnectWise and Antivirus software

Qualifications:

The following qualifications are highly recommended for the IT Customer Support position.

Qualifications should include but are not limited to:

• Working knowledge of network operation and Helpdesk ticketing software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems and Apple iPhone/iPad IOS’s
• Familiarity in running network cabling
• Certification(s); CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ Desired

Pay: $41,999.00 - $45,000.00 per year
