TIG Welder/Fabricator

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our dynamic and expanding fabrication team. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of metalwork projects, producing high-quality welds and ensuring all products meet required specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, brass and/or aluminium (depending on project needs)
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Use fabrication tools and machinery (grinders, cutters, jigs, etc.)
• Inspect finished components for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Work to production deadlines while ensuring consistent quality

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and processes
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Welding certificates are an advantage but not essential

Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 16.30pm

Friday - 7.00am - 14.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £17.00 per hour
