Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented TikTok Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing TikTok advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The candidate should have a strong understanding of TikTok's advertising platform, audience targeting, creative trends, and performance marketing strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management

  • Create, launch, and manage TikTok advertising campaigns.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies based on business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve performance goals.

Creative Strategy

  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Research TikTok trends, viral content, and competitor advertising strategies.
  • Provide creative direction for video ads, scripts, hooks, and call-to-actions.
  • Ensure ad creatives align with TikTok best practices and platform guidelines.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
  • CTR (Click-Through Rate)
  • CPC (Cost Per Click)
  • Conversion Rate
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize TikTok Pixel and conversion tracking tools to measure performance accurately.

Market Research

  • Stay updated on TikTok algorithm changes, advertising features, and industry trends.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
  • Research audience behavior and emerging market trends.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align campaign goals.
  • Coordinate with influencers and content creators when required.
  • Assist in developing overall social media advertising strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance advertising.
  • Experience with TikTok Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing budgets of $5,000+ per month.
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads platforms.
  • Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or service-based marketing.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing strategies.
