Job Title: TikTok Content (Remote)

Job Description:

JOIN TSK. We’re looking for someone who understands TikTok culture and knows how to move within the creator space. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating content and going live to promote agency products while supporting outreach efforts inside our community.

Currently, there is a $150 performance bonus as long as you meet the outlined criteria.

This role is perfect for someone who already understands TikTok and wants to turn scrolling into income.

Responsibilities:

• Create and post TikTok content featuring agency products
• Go live on TikTok to promote and engage with audiences
• Stay active and engaged in Discord
• Communicate with creators and support outreach initiatives
• Track progress and meet outreach/content goals

Requirements:

• Must have an active TikTok account
• Must have at least 1,000 followers on TikTok
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends and creator culture
• Comfortable communicating with creators
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
• Able to work independently and meet outreach goals

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience as a TikTok creator or affiliate
• Experience with creator outreach, recruiting, or sales
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop

To qualify for the $150 bonus, the following criteria must be met within a 30-day performance window:

• 100 verified hours streaming agency products on TikTok Live
• Streams must be clearly product-focused and aligned with agency guidelines
• Generate proven sales directly attributed to your live sessions (tracking links or TikTok Shop analytics required)
• Maintain consistent engagement (no idle streams; minimum average viewer retention required)
• Submit weekly performance screenshots and analytics reports
• No policy violations or community guideline strikes during the bonus period

This is a high-performance incentive designed for serious creators only. All metrics will be verified before payout.
