We are looking for a TikTok specialist who lives on the platform and understands what drives real attention, engagement, and virality in the restaurant and hospitality space. You will own TikTok content production end-to-end: planning, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing. You must be confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking on-site with restaurant teams to capture authentic moments and build a consistent content pipeline.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for delivering recurring monthly content, increasing channel growth quickly, and identifying new creative opportunities before trends peak.

This position is part-time.

Part-time contractor, 15–20 hours/week (50–70 hours/month)

Responsibilities Monthly Content Production • Build monthly TikTok content calendars with planned ideas, formats, hooks, and sound selections • Produce original content on-site (filming in restaurants, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, staff features, menu highlights, and brand stories) • Write scripts and creative concepts for each video • Edit all videos using CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent tools • Create captions and trend-aligned copy for each post • Deliver two rounds of revisions per original content piece as needed

Content Volume (minimum expectations) • 6–8 original TikToks per month (filmed and edited by you) • 1–2 influencer or guest-creator style collaborations per month • 2–4 curated user-generated content pieces per month

Channel Ownership • Monitor trends daily and pitch new content ideas proactively • Identify trending sounds, effects, storyline formats, and viral structures • Coordinate with restaurant managers, chefs, FOH teams, and staff for filming access • Build community engagement tactics (commenting, interacting, and responding as the brand voice) • Track post performance and iterate weekly on what is working

Requirements • Must be based in the United States • Proven TikTok content portfolio (must include original videos you filmed and edited yourself) • Strong awareness of food, dining, hospitality, and lifestyle content—must understand what performs well in restaurants • Comfortable speaking with restaurant teams and directing people during shoots • Ability to work fast with minimal supervision and hit monthly content volume • Obsessed with TikTok trends, sounds, hooks, and performance analytics

What Success Looks Like • Fast growth in followers and average video views • Content releases aligned to trends, not after them • Consistent monthly output without creative fatigue • Authentic restaurant storytelling that connects with real customers
