About the role
We're building one of the most exciting live commerce studios in NYC, and we're looking for a TikTok Live Host to be the face of it. Pacagen is one of the fastest-growing brands that uses its innovative allergen-neutralizing technology to help millions live better with their pets. This is a performance role: you'll be on camera, walking our community through our allergen-neutralizing sprays in real time, and bringing the warmth that turns viewers into loyal customers. If you're talkative, extroverted, and genuinely love being in front of people (and their pets), this role was made for you.

• Location: On-site, Financial District, Manhattan, NYC
• Schedule: Weekdays, Monday–Friday, 3-hour shifts, rotating among hosts (~15 hrs/week)
• Start date: August, 2026
• Employment type: Part-time / freelance
• Pay: Hourly + Commission

In this role, you will:

• Host weekday TikTok Shop Live sessions, guiding viewers through our products in real time
• Deliver talking points naturally. Some sessions include scripts, others rely on you improvising, answering questions, and introducing products on the fly
• Interact with the live audience through chat, questions, and real-time engagement to keep the energy high and viewers watching
• Coordinate shifts with fellow hosts to keep weekday coverage seamless
• Collaborate with our marketing team to test new livestream formats and content ideas
• Represent our warm, honest, and genuinely pet-loving brand voice every time you go live

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in front of a camera: livestream hosting, acting, live-selling, or a performance-adjacent background
• Is naturally talkative and extroverted, on-the-spot thinking
• Has excellent verbal communication and a fluent, confident on-camera presence
• Has sold or presented on TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, or a similar platform (preferred, not required)
• Is genuinely passionate about pets, that energy is what makes viewers stick around
