Schedule: Flexible daytime shifts that can fit around your life. Full-time or part-time, you choose the days and hours that work.

Pay: $20 to $30 per hour based on experience, plus 10% to 20% of the profit on every live you host. The better you sell, the higher both go.

Language: Clear, natural, native-level spoken English. You sound warm, real, and easy to listen to on camera.

Our customers are real, everyday women who want to feel confident and put together without the fuss. Our TikTok community is growing fast, and we are looking for the person who can become the face of our live shopping shows and genuinely connect with that audience.

The Role

You are on camera, and your job is to sell. You will host TikTok Live shows for TopFoxx, talk to viewers in real time, show off the sunglasses, and turn people watching into people buying. This is not just talking and entertaining. We measure success by one thing above all: are you converting viewers into customers.

The right person is warm, relatable, and real. You are the kind of person friends ask for recommendations, because when you love something, people believe you and want it too. You are comfortable on camera, quick on your feet, and you know how to make someone feel like they have to have it before the live ends.

Section 1: TikTok Live & Content (about 80% of the role)

This is the heart of the job and where most of your time goes. You go live, you create content, and you sell.

• Host TikTok Live shows multiple times a week, showing off our sunglasses in a fun, authentic, easy-to-watch way.
• Convert viewers into buyers. Build excitement, create urgency around drops and promos, answer questions live, handle hesitation naturally, and drive real sales every session.
• Engage the audience in real time, reading comments, replying, and making viewers feel seen and part of the show.
• Make short-form video content (TikToks) around the products and the lives, so we keep showing up in feeds and pulling people into the next stream.
• Learn the products inside and out so you can speak to every style and feature with confidence.
• Work with our marketing team on weekly themes, featured products, promotions, and launch moments.
• Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and live shopping formats, and bring fresh show ideas to the table.
• Own your numbers. Know your views, watch time, and sales per live, and keep improving them. We care about results, and we reward them.

Section 2: Influencer Onboarding & Teaching (about 20% of the role)

This part is flexible and may grow over time, but here is the idea. Because you are the one who knows how to convert on camera, you also help our influencers learn to do the same.

• Get on calls with influencers who are interested in working with TopFoxx, make them feel welcome, and walk them through how we work.
• Explain our affiliate program clearly, so creators understand how they earn and why it is worth their time.
• Teach creators what actually converts: what you say on lives, how you present the product, and the kind of content that turns viewers into buyers.
• Be a friendly, encouraging point of contact who gets influencers excited to post, go live, and sell for us.

Who You Are

• A natural seller. You can talk about something you believe in and make other people want it. You close without sounding pushy.
• Warm and relatable. People trust you and enjoy watching you. Authentic and real beats polished and salesy.
• Confident on camera. You are comfortable being live, thinking on your feet, and keeping the energy up.
• Results-driven. You care that the lives actually sell, not just that they happen.
• Reliable and self-starting. You show up on schedule, run your own setup from home, and do not need someone standing over you.

Requirements

• Able to film from home. Based in the United States is strongly preferred.
• You connect with an American audience. You will be selling live to mostly U.S. viewers, so you understand American culture and they relate to you. Native-level, natural English. A slight accent is totally fine, what matters is that people feel you get them.
• A real sales instinct, whether from live selling, retail, hosting, QVC-style demos, or simply being great at getting people excited to buy.
• Comfortable with TikTok and TikTok Live, or a fast learner who is ready to go live often.
• Dependable, organized, and able to stick to a live schedule.
• Live selling, hosting, or on-camera sales experience (TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Whatnot, QVC, and similar) is a strong plus, but a natural seller with the right energy matters more than a resume.

Your Filming Setup (You Provide This)

Because you film from home, you create and own your space. To start, you set this up yourself. It does not need to be expensive or fancy, it needs to look clean, professional, and presentable on camera:

• Good, bright, even lighting so you and the product look great (a ring light or softbox is perfect).
• A tidy, attractive background with no clutter behind you.
• A small product display stand or riser to show the sunglasses nicely, like the little stands you see on TikTok Shop lives.
• A phone or camera that shoots clear video, plus strong, stable internet so your streams never lag.

We do not provide equipment or props up front. Once you have shown you can sell, we are glad to invest in your setup over time, including branded TopFoxx backdrops, display shelves, and signage, so your lives look even better as you grow with us.

Compensation

This role is built so the better you sell, the more you earn. You start at a base, and both your hourly rate and your profit share go up as you prove you can convert on camera.

• Starting out: $20 per hour, plus 10% of the profit on every live you host.
• Once you are proven: up to $30 per hour, plus up to 20% of the profit per session.

You move up as your lives perform. We will be clear about what gets you there, mainly hitting strong, consistent sales on your lives.

What the profit share looks like, on top of your hourly:

• At 10%: a live with $300 in profit pays you $30, a $500 live pays $50, and a $1,000 live pays $100.
• At 20%: a $300 live pays you $60, a $500 live pays $100, and a $1,000 live pays $200.

That is paid on top of your hourly rate, every single live. Strong hosts who sell well earn well above their base, and we will show you the profit number after each live so it is always clear.
