We’re looking for a TikTok Live Strategy Intern — someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and enjoys turning live content into a high-impact experience.

Job Description
As a TikTok Live Strategy Intern, you’ll be at the center of AFM’s livestream operations. You’ll help our hosts go live with confidence, manage behind-the-scenes production, and use data insights to make each stream better than the last.

This role is part technical, part creative, and fully hands-on — perfect for someone who loves TikTok, enjoys problem-solving in real time, and wants to grow in the social commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Livestream Operations: Set up and manage all livestream equipment and tools to ensure seamless, professional-quality shows.
  • Support Hosts & Production Teams: Help creators rehearse, organize talking points, and maintain the flow during live broadcasts.
  • Monitor Live Data: Track engagement, audience activity, and conversion rates to identify ways to boost performance.
  • Troubleshoot On the Fly: Handle any tech or timing issues quickly to keep livestreams running smoothly.
  • Post-Show Insights: Review analytics, summarize takeaways, and propose improvements for future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about livestreaming, digital media, or e-commerce
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (required)
  • Naturally organized, calm under pressure, and a strong multitasker
  • Familiar with livestream tools (OBS, Streamlabs, TikTok Studio) and comfortable learning new systems
  • Analytical and curious — you enjoy figuring out why things work and how to make them better
  • Experience in an agency, creator, or entertainment environment is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Base Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
