Position: TikTok Live Streaming Operations Experts

We Are Looking For

· A candidate with hands-on live streaming operations experience.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding live commerce KPIs.

· Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.

· Strong data driven mindset and excellent communication skills.

· Passion for innovative content formats and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. KPI Achievement

o Develop, cascade and monitor quantitative targets (e.g., sales revenue, viewer growth, engagement rate, conversion rate) across live streaming channels.

o Design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize session performance, A/B test content formats, and iterate on best practices.

2. Team Leadership & Development

o Inspire, mentor and manage a cross functional team of stream producers, content coordinators and analysts.

o Establish clear role definitions, career pathways and performance review rhythms to build a robust talent pipeline.

3. Strategic Team Building

o Lead recruitment efforts: define role profiles, screen candidates and partner with HR to onboard high caliber operators.

o Architect a tiered operating model (e.g., Junior → Senior → Lead) to ensure scalable coverage of multiple streaming verticals.

4. Hands-On Operations

o Personally oversee the end to end execution of flagship live sessions—including scripting, product placement, host coaching and real time moderation.

o Serve as an escalation point for technical issues, compliance checks and last minute creative pivots.

5. Multi-Project Ownership

o Simultaneously own 3–5 concurrent live initiatives (e.g., product launches, VIP shopping events, thematic campaigns).

o Coordinate cross departmental resources (marketing, creative, supply chain, legal) to ensure flawless execution and on brand messaging.

6. Accountability for Team Metrics

o Establish weekly/monthly reporting cadence; lead post mortem analyses to identify root causes of underperformance.

o Drive continuous improvement through training workshops, playbook refinements and operational audits.

Knowledge

· Platform Ecosystem: In-depth understanding of TikTok Live, YouTube Live, Amazon Live (or analogous platforms), including algorithm triggers, monetization features and moderation policies.

· E-Commerce & Monetization: Familiarity with live commerce models (flash sales, bundling, virtual gifting), upsell/cross-sell tactics and pricing psychology.

· Audience & Community Management: Know how to cultivate, segment and activate fan communities; leverage UGC and influencer partnerships to drive retention.

· Regulatory & Compliance Landscape: Awareness of FTC guidelines, platform T&Cs, and any country specific broadcast regulations.

Skills

· Strategic Planning: Ability to craft long-term roadmaps aligned with broader brand and revenue goals; adept at balancing short-term sprints with multi-quarter objectives.

· Project Management: Mastery of frameworks (Agile/Scrum, Gantt charts) and tools (Asana, Jira, Notion) to track deliverables, dependencies and deadlines across multiple streams.

· Cross-Functional Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication; skilled at briefing C-suite stakeholders and authoring concise executive summaries.

· Creative Ideation: Talent for conceptualizing compelling live formats, interactive elements (polls, giveaways) and co-host collaborations that resonate with target demographics.

· Training & Coaching: Expertise in designing onboarding curricula, live session playbooks and continuous upscaling programs for hosts and production staff.

· Analytical Rigor: Quickly identify performance gaps through data triage; propose and implement corrective measures with measurable impact.

· High Pressure Execution: Maintain composure and decision-making speed during live broadcasts, platform outages or last-minute creative changes.

· Adaptability & Learning Agility: Stay ahead of emerging trends (new platforms, AR filters, video features) and rapidly integrate innovations into operations.

· Ownership Mindset: Demonstrate end-to-end accountability—from preproduction and live delivery to post-event debrief and continuous optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
