• Conduct social listening to monitor trending topics, audience preferences, and competitor activities on TikTok and other social platforms
• Help create compelling content for live streams using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Manage social media accounts with tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, track performance, and optimize content strategies
• Analyze live stream performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform future campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility
• Assist in maintaining relationships with influencers, partners, and internal teams to foster ongoing collaborations

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields
• Strong understanding of social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Basic graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with video editing software is a plus
• Knowledge of SEO, web analytics (Google Analytics), and keyword research techniques
• Excellent communication skills with an energetic attitude and proactive approach
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
