Job Overview:

Xpo9tial Growth Consulting LLP is looking for a results-driven TikTok Shop Ads & Influencer Management Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns and influencer collaborations for the USA and UK marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in TikTok Ads and influencer outreach, preferably within the beauty and perfume niche.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok Shop ad campaigns for USA & UK markets
• Manage ad creatives, targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Identify, outreach, and collaborate with TikTok influencers and creators
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and affiliates
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS and conversions
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad assets
• Stay updated with TikTok advertising trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

• Proven 3+ years of experience in TikTok Ads and influencer/creator management
• Strong understanding of USA & UK TikTok Shop ecosystem
• Experience in beauty and/or perfume niche preferred
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and ad tools
