TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager

Position Overview We're looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to own and scale our creator affiliate program across Platinum-managed storefronts and client brands. In this role, you'll recruit and activate TikTok creators, manage affiliate relationships, match the right products to the right creators, and drive GMV growth through TikTok Shop's affiliate ecosystem. The ideal candidate lives inside TikTok Shop's Affiliate Center, knows how to identify high-converting creators before they peak, and understands what makes content actually sell. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at a fast-growing social commerce company with real upside.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Recruitment & Management

  • Source, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates across relevant verticals including beauty, consumer electronics, fashion, health & wellness, and home goods
  • Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships — coordinating product samples, creative briefs, commission structures, and performance feedback
  • Build and maintain a tiered creator roster (nano through macro) matched to appropriate campaigns and SKUs
  • Monitor affiliate content output for brand alignment, compliance, and posting cadence

Campaign Strategy & GMV Growth

  • Develop and execute affiliate-driven campaigns tied to product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments
  • Identify high-potential SKUs and match them to the right creator profiles for maximum conversion
  • Coordinate with brand managers and live ops team to align affiliate content with storefront and live auction strategy
  • Set and track GMV targets, commission spend, and ROI per affiliate cohort

TikTok Shop Platform Operations

  • Manage affiliate invitations, commission rates, and sample fulfillment inside TikTok Shop Affiliate Center
  • Monitor showcase performance, click-through rates, video GMV attribution, and affiliate ranking data
  • Stay current on TikTok Shop affiliate policy changes, algorithm updates, and platform best practices
  • Coordinate with operations and fulfillment teams on sample inventory and shipping timelines

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on key affiliate metrics: GMV, EPC, conversion rate, affiliate-attributed orders, and commission spend
  • Identify top performers and optimize commission structures to maximize output per dollar
  • Provide regular performance summaries to leadership with actionable insights and growth recommendations

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, including creator invitations, commission management, and performance tracking
  • Proven ability to recruit and manage creator relationships at scale
  • Strong understanding of TikTok content formats and what drives purchase intent
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent written communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work on-site at our Beverly Hills office

Preferred

  • Experience with Amazon Influencer Program, LTK, or other affiliate platforms
  • Existing creator network or relationships across relevant product categories
  • Background in beauty, consumer electronics, wellness, or fashion verticals
  • Agency experience managing affiliate programs across multiple brand accounts
  • Familiarity with UGC content strategy and production workflows
  • Experience with TikTok LIVE or live commerce operations

Pay: $65,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
