Position Overview
As a Brand Manager for TikTok Shop, you’ll be the driving force behind multiple shops' performance. You’ll lead campaigns, manage creator partnerships, ensure shop health, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring proactivity, organization, and creativity — ideal for someone passionate about social commerce and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Shop Ownership: Take full ownership of individual TikTok Shops including GMV, creator conversions, content performance, and platform health.
- Client Communication: Ensure prompt responses to client messages within 15 minutes during working hours.
- Outreach & Influencer Management:
- Build creator lists and launch outreach sequences.
- Source and manage retained creators (e.g. Insense, JoinBrands).
- Develop strong relationships with top creators.
- Review and analyze top content, share Spark Ads codes with ads team.
- Market Research & Trends: Conduct category research, competitor analysis, and identify upcoming trends.
- Campaign Execution:
- Oversee coordinator activity to ensure samples are approved and campaigns executed smoothly.
- Review EOD reports, flag violations, and identify growth opportunities in seller center.
- Shop Optimization: Maintain high shop score with on-time dispatch, positive reviews, response rates, and minimal returns.
- Performance Reporting:
- Provide weekly analytics, insights, and performance reports to clients.
- Track CRM stages daily: Conversions, content posted, GMV pacing.
- Team Oversight:
- Ensure coordinator performance and CRM tracker accuracy.
- Supervise daily activities to maintain efficient operations.

Who You Are
- You have proven experience in e-commerce, TikTok Shop, or social media brand management.
- You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving digital environment.
- You understand TikTok culture, creator dynamics, and the power of short-form content.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and teams.
- Experience with platforms like Insense, Euka, or TikTok Seller Center is a plus.
