We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Growth Specialist to join our Brand Growth Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our brand portfolio through new product launches, listing optimization, niche research, and performance tracking. This role requires close collaboration with the PPC and Operations teams to ensure each product achieves its full potential on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
Requirements
- New Product Launches: Plan and execute new product launches from concept to live listing — including keyword research, competitor analysis, and listing setup.
- Listing Optimization: Continuously optimize existing listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, images, etc.) to improve visibility, conversions, and overall performance.
- DataDive & Niche Research: Use tools like DataDive, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout to identify profitable niches, keyword gaps, and product opportunities.
- Product Brief Development: Create detailed product briefs for the design, content, and operations teams, ensuring each product aligns with brand positioning and target audience.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the PPC team to align advertising strategies with organic growth goals and with the Operations team to ensure smooth product availability and logistics.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance metrics such as sales, ranking, conversion rate, and ACOS. Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven action plans.
- Competitor Analysis: Regularly track competitor listings, pricing, and positioning to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and quality standards across all listings and marketplaces.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities within the Amazon ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Amazon brand management, e-commerce growth, or product listing optimization.
- Proficiency with tools such as DataDive, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Seller Central.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results.
- Experience with listing optimization or working closely with advertising teams.
- Knowledge of graphic briefing and content writing for Amazon listings.
- Familiarity with brand protection and counterfeit monitoring.
- Understanding of global marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop).
