About the Role

We are seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Expert/Manager to take full ownership of our TikTok e-commerce operations. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can drive growth, maintain excellent account health, and lead both client and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have proven success in TikTok Shop management, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to bring innovative strategies to life in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop & Account Management

  • Manage and optimize TikTok Shop account, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy.
  • Maintain overall Shop Performance Score and account health.
  • Ensure timely and accurate catalog updates, including product uploads, brand approvals, and video content integration.
  • Oversee order processing, returns, and customer service coordination with operations teams.
  • Handle TikTok Shop creation and management in USA and UK markets.
  • Link TikTok user accounts with TikTok Shops as required.

Sales & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and sales.
  • Drive GMV growth by leveraging in-platform tools, campaigns, and TikTok’s custom ads and GMV_Max ads.
  • Optimize ROI through data-driven ad strategies and campaign adjustments.
  • Create proven strategies for scaling and handling cold-start TikTok accounts.
  • Monitor competitors, category performance, and platform trends for proactive adjustments.

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and launch TikTok Shop campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with influencers, creators, and affiliates for impactful product promotion.
  • Align TikTok content with brand marketing strategy to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Work on customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting and outreach.

Data, Analytics & Compliance

  • Track, analyze, and report sales data, campaign performance, and ROI on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and category qualifications/approvals.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy, compliance, and account efficiency.

Client & Cross-functional Management

  • Lead client communication, onboarding, and conflict management to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Provide strategic guidance and regular updates to clients and management.
  • Manage cross-functional coordination between operations, design, and videography teams for seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok Shop account managers and external partners.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience with TikTok Shop (management, optimization, and strategy).
  • Strong knowledge of Shop Performance Score, catalog management, video uploads, and brand approvals.
  • Experience in TikTok Shop creation in USA and UK.
  • Expertise in custom ads, GMV_Max ads, and ROI optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale and strategize for cold-start accounts.
  • Proven success in influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and customer segmentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage clients effectively, resolve conflicts, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with TikTok trends, creator economy, and social commerce best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
