TikTok Shop Expert

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Expert to manage and grow our international TikTok Shop operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with TikTok Shop management, order fulfillment, product optimization, and eCommerce operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of international TikTok Shops
• Create, update, and optimize product listings
• Manage product catalogs, pricing, and inventory
• Process customer orders and coordinate fulfillment
• Handle returns, refunds, and customer queries
• Monitor store performance and improve sales
• Manage TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, and offers
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners
• Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing international TikTok Shops
• Strong understanding of eCommerce operations
• Experience with product listing and catalog management
• Knowledge of order fulfillment and inventory management
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with US/UK or other international TikTok Shop markets
• Previous experience in Shopify, Amazon, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus
