Job Description

Atlas is seeking a TikTok Live Host & UGC Creator to lead engaging livestreams and produce high-quality user-generated content (UGC) that drives sales, builds brand awareness, and connects directly with consumers.

This role is ideal for a confident on-camera personality who thrives in live selling environments and has a strong understanding of e-commerce and social media trends. You’ll represent top consumer brands while creating authentic, compelling content that converts viewers into customers.

Responsibilities

• Host TikTok Live shopping streams featuring Atlas’ product catalog

• Drive sales by presenting products in an engaging, informative, and entertaining manner

• Produce creative UGC videos (product demos, unboxings, reviews, lifestyle content)

• Collaborate with Atlas’ marketing and affiliate teams to optimize content strategy

• Monitor performance analytics and adjust live hosting/content to maximize results

• Stay up to date on TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices for live commerce

Pay Structure

• Base Hourly: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour

• Commission: 3% of sales revenue generated from your TikTok Live streams

• Bonus: Performance bonus based on UGC quality and overall content results
