TikTok Shop Operations Assistant (US eCommerce)

About the Role
We are a fast-growing US Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand scaling rapidly on TikTok Shop. Our channel is active, and we need a high-accountability Operations Assistant to own the day-to-day execution.
This is not a strategy or creative role. It is a backend execution role. You will be the engine that keeps the shop running—handling creator outreach, promotions, listings, and customer queries. If you are meticulous, fast, and already know TikTok Shop Seller Center inside out, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do Every Day
Creator & Affiliate Management

  • Research: Find relevant niche creators using Fastmoss, Kalodata, or TikTok Creator Marketplace.
  • Outreach: Send high-volume, targeted DMs and invites based on our proven templates.
  • Engagement: Reply to all creator messages within a 4-hour window (US hours).
  • Tracking: Manage creator pipelines (sample requests, posting status) in Google Sheets/Notion.
  • Onboarding: Add approved creators to the affiliate program and verify link setups.

Shop Operations

  • Promotions: Set up and activate flash sales, vouchers, and limited-time deals on schedule.
  • Listing Management: Monitor and fix errors (title issues, image rejections, policy flags) same-day.
  • Optimization: Update titles, descriptions, and pricing as directed.
  • Account Health: Monitor shop quality scores and flag any metric drops immediately.
  • Customer Support: Handle standard inbox queries regarding shipping and product info.
  • Logistics: Coordinate FBT (Fulfillment by TikTok) inbound tracking and flag fulfillment issues.

What This Role is NOT
Not managing Ad campaigns or Spark Ads.
Not writing creative hooks or brand strategy.
Not creating social media content.
Not making independent decisions on pricing.

Requirements (You Will Be Tested)

  • TikTok Shop Expert: You can navigate Seller Center (listings, affiliate settings, flash sales) without training.
  • Outreach Pro: You understand the TikTok creator ecosystem and how to get replies.
  • Excellent English: Professional grammar and tone are required for US-based creators and customers.
  • Highly Organized: You can manage a task tracker and hit daily volume targets without being chased.
  • US Shift Availability: You must be able to work during US business hours (Night shift in Pakistan).

Preferred Skills (The "Edge")
Experience with Fastmoss or Kalodata.
Familiarity with Shopify or Amazon Seller Central.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Notion.

  • Understanding of FBT and Shop Quality Score mechanics.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
