We’re Hiring: Sales Assistant (Coworking & Office Spaces) – Islamabad

If you can’t close deals, this role is not for you.

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Closer whose only job is to turn leads into paying customers and fill seats fast.

This is not a passive sales or support role.

This is a target-driven, high-performance position.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Converting inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins) into clients
• Conducting site visits and closing deals on the spot
• Handling objections and pushing prospects toward decisions
• Following up aggressively until conversion
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of active prospects
• Hitting weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Visiting Different Businesses for outreach and Sales

What We’re Looking For

You should have experience in:

• Real estate sales
• Car showroom / dealership sales
• Gym or membership sales
• Any fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment

You must be:

• Confident and persuasive
• Comfortable asking for payment directly
• Target-driven and money-motivated
• Able to handle rejection and bounce back fast

If your approach is “informing customers,” this role will not work for you.

Compensation

• Base Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000
• High commission per deal
• Performance-based bonuses

If you can close, your earnings will reflect it.
