About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce storefront and support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands TikTok Shop operations, enjoys managing multiple projects, and can effectively coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily TikTok Shop operations and store performance
- Monitor sales performance, inventory status, promotions, and product listings
- Coordinate with content, livestream, and marketing teams to execute campaigns
- Analyze store data and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Ensure operational processes are followed and continuously improved
- Troubleshoot store-related issues and provide timely solutions
- Track key performance metrics and prepare operational reports
- Assist with new product launches and promotional planning
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners when needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in TikTok Shop, e-commerce, Amazon, Shopify, or marketplace operations
- Experience managing or coordinating store operations preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills required; native-level fluency is not necessary
- Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center is a strong plus
Compensation
- Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
